Ryanne Ziemba, M.A., CCC-SLP
Licensed in Hawaiʻi & california • ASHA-Certified Speech-language pathologist
Hi, I’m Ryanne, the founder of Upword Speech Therapy and a dedicated pediatric speech therapist on Oahu. This practice reflects the knowledge, values, and heart I’ve developed over more than 12 years of supporting children and families across healthcare, education, and private practice settings.
At the core of my work is a simple belief: when children feel safe, celebrated, and understood, meaningful progress follows.
I hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and am licensed in both Hawaiʻi and California. Before calling Kailua home, I worked with children and families across communities on both the East and West coasts - experiences that broadened my perspective and deepened my commitment to family-centered care.
Originally from Michigan, I earned my B.A. from Michigan State University and my M.A. from Wayne State University. Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, reading, baking, and spending time with my loved ones.
